1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code) via our online shop www.bijouria.com.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order and acceptance of the order will be sent immediately after submission by automated e-mail.

 

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation – no VAT charged). Shipping costs are charged additionally and shown during the ordering process.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is made within Germany and to selected European countries. Delivery times are stated during the ordering process.

 

6. Payment

The payment methods available are those stated in the online shop. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

 

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy.

 

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
